Founded by Louie Clifford, Reserve Nine was born from a lifelong fascination with the connection between nutrition, wellbeing and human potential. Having faced adversity from an early age, Louie became deeply interested in the role that food, discipline and lifestyle play in shaping how we feel, think and perform.
From the age of fifteen, he immersed himself in the study of fasting, natural nutrition and the impact that real, nutrient-dense foods can have on both body and mind. What began as a personal pursuit of health evolved into a mission to help others reconnect with nature through the foods they consume every day.
That mission has started to lead Louie across the world, particularly throughout Thailand, where he spent time with fruit growers and farming communities, gaining firsthand insight into the care, knowledge and dedication required to produce truly exceptional fruit. These experiences deepened his appreciation for natural cultivation, traditional growing practices and the remarkable diversity of fruits found across different regions of the world.
Today, Reserve Nine works closely with skilled growers and respected farming communities to source some of the finest exotic and tropical fruits available. Every fruit is selected for its quality, authenticity, flavour and connection to the land from which it came, honouring both nature and the generations of expertise behind every harvest.
